Am I able to purchase a one-way ticket?
Yes, one-way tickets are available.
Can I sell my ticket to someone else?
Yes. All transactions must be taken care of by you and the other party. You must call in the new passenger’s name to Park Avenue Limousine or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I switch into a different shuttle on the same day?
You must call Park Avenue Limousine and check availability.
Can I pay for my ticket in person at the shuttle?
No. All tickets must be purchased through our website or a credit card must be called into our office.
What time should I arrive at the shuttle?
Arrival time is at the passenger’s discretion. The shuttle departs promptly at the scheduled time.
What happens if I’m late?
Shuttles depart promptly at the time they are scheduled for and we do not offer refunds or credits.
Am I able to get a refund or credit?
No. All sales are final and non-refundable.
What type of vehicle should I expect for the shuttle?
Shuttle vehicles range from 14 passenger sprinter vans to 56 passenger motor coaches. Park Avenue Limousine does not promise a particular vehicle. Vehicles are sent based on demand and passenger count.
Are there power ports and bathrooms in the vehicles?
This varies based on the vehicle that is sent.
Does the shuttle make rest stops?
Rest stops are based on passenger requests. For longer shuttles, there is one designated rest stop.
Is food allowed on the shuttle?
Yes. Trash cans will be provided, please clean up after yourself.
Are drugs or alcohol permitted?
Drugs are not permitted at any time. Alcohol is permitted on the vehicle; however, consumption of alcohol on the vehicle is not permitted at any time.
Should I tip the shuttle driver?
We recommend $1-$2 per person.
Are cats or dogs allowed on the shuttle?
Yes. If your pet will take up an additional seat, you must purchase two tickets.
